+Cosy rooms with everything you need. Nice atmosphere. Friendly staff. -Overpriced empty restaurant. Strictly forbidden to bring your own food/drinks.

Really… Police had to come to save me from that place. I am booking with my service dog. Employees not trained. He had to charge 39 euro for my service dog. When I explained him that I had a service dog, he putted his glasses off and looked at me: you are not disabled What do you have ?.. I said politely Sir, I can show you my documents. He declined to read them. He insulted me: and you are booking one night. I could have rent this room for 2 night. I called the police as this guy has a problem. Police arrived to discuss and he got so furious- he yelled on them I am from Vlaams Blok, get me arrested if you would like…Police came to see me and said: madame, please leave this place for your security. I left and lost 199 euro. He yelled on me: I will call hotels in Knokke…about you. I am traumatised…I go to court.

4-star hotel? Not by a long shot! No parking space for SUV's. If you order a coffee cup (you know like an Nespresso cup - usually €3 per 22 pieces) you have to pay €6 per cup. €6 for a small bottle of water, €30 for 'breakfast'... But what made it a complete disaster; the owner himself. A bit of a rude, almost aggressive man. Totally not service minded or willing to listen to a remark. Nope he is just there sitting, drinking coffee and wine with his family .. This hotel? Never again.
