Hotel Aqua Palace

Diappointed. Good location. Bad service. The room was pretty uncleaned. There were lots of dusts remained everywhere. I reserved the ocean view room with the additional price, but the window was too dirty to see the ocean view. Never succeed to contact to the front from the phone. No one picks the phone from the front. The infinity pool requires extra charge to use. No one actually explains about it. Only gives you 1 card key even if you check-in 2 people. The water spills out from the bathroom because there are no separation.

The only great thing about the hotel is the view and the location. As a foreigner tourist, I don't recommend going there, the staff service was cold and rude. They don't speak any English. They charge 20 000 Korean won to use the gym per person as it was never said anywhere in the booking site. The lady was pressuring us to pay now. The hotel is not a 4 star hotel in any way. The reception hall feels like a cold shopping mall. The only nice thing about the room is the view, the bed was not comfortable and the room is pretty in bad shape. This hotel needs some renovations the elevator was rusty. I recommend paying a little more and going elsewhere!

This is the worst hotel in my life. There's mold everywhere, hair on the floor, feces in the toilet, there's no shower and the drain doesn't work, so after showering, water overflows into the room. Toilet paper and towels are paid. Gym and swimming pool are also paid. And they're rude too.. This is the first time I've seen a hotel like this. I've known the sauna was full of mold for a long time, so I don't go.
