Hotel Aquarion Family & Friends Destigo Hotels

This hotel was awesome in every way. The executive suite was huge. There was a long balcony outside with lovely views of the mountainside. The special access to the thermal baths made a big difference and saved a lot of time—no lines. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The food in the restaurant—breakfast and dinner—were delicious. There were game rooms and activities for the kids. We had a wonderful stay here.

We were really happy with our stay in Hotel Aquarion. The desk service was very friendly and helpful. We had clean room with balcony and spacious shower. The breakfast options were absolutely fantastic and everything was fresh, even you can make your own hot waffles 🫶🏻 The location of the hotel is perfect, close to the town centre, close to the hiking trails and close to the train and bus station. Biedronka shop is just 2 minutes away by foot :). And we spend some time in Hot Terms which were very relaxing. Thank you we will visit again when in Zakopane.

The rooms were clean and tidy, and the service staff was friendly and helpful. However, one thing that surprised and disappointed us was the pricing for access to the thermal baths connected to the hotel building. As hotel guests, we were charged three times more than what we would have paid by simply purchasing tickets online through the bath’s website (for a 2,5-hour package, and the price difference is even greater for full-day tickets). Tip for future guests: before booking thermal bath access through the hotel, it’s definitely worth checking the prices online. It could save you quite a bit!
