I stayed there in July 2023. The hotel was very comfortable and cozy, offering a stunning view of the Danube. 😍 The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. 🌹 The food was also absolutely delicious. 😋
It was a pleasant stay, good beds and upgraded rooms. The food we got first day was not that pleasant, due to a large group of people arriving (other than us) we had a buffet dinner, but it was cold and did not taste good at all. Second day we got a great dinner at the restaurant luckily. The spa needs an upgrade, the fuse for the sauna blew and you had to pay extra for using the jacuzzi, which was not safe to use as the water has been still for a very long time.
The room had a defect on bathrooms, the water from the shower can easily get on the carpets. The restaurant wasn't cleaned for a while. The dust was everywhere and it's been a wedding on the prior day, I expected them to clean it properly.
