The hotel is very clean, large and really beautiful. Service is really kind but some of them dont speak English really well, it makes sence becouse the hotel is newly made for international visits. Food is tasty a lot of sea food, drinks are real brands not post mixes. With all inclusive you have free snacks, chips, nut mixes, ice creams. They even have hamburgers outside.

We recently stayed here for 6 days in August, and overall, it was a wonderful experience. The hotel is primarily a vacation spot for Spanish visitors, so if you are coming from another country, be prepared for staff and animation mostly in Spanish. However, I believe that's part of the charm of visiting a foreign country—the immersion into the local culture. The hotel structure is as described: a bit dated in some areas and could use some restorations in the common spaces. Despite this, the swimming pools are fantastic and cater to all age groups, providing endless fun. Our room was exactly as described, meticulously cleaned, and serviced. It featured a stunning sea view, which we thoroughly enjoyed. The animation team truly stood out; we had so much fun participating in the aqua gym activities both in the morning and evening. Regarding the food, we opted for the full board option since it offered great value. The food was ok, with different thematic dinners attempting to add variety not so well succeeded. While it wasn't excellent and could have been better cooked, it was still enjoyable. One thing to note is that the hotel isn't located directly on the best beach in the area, but its location is quite convenient for exploring. It's an easy distance by car from many of the attractions you'll want to visit, such as Capo de Gata beaches and natural park, Tabernas Desert, and Granada. Overall, our stay was filled with positive experiences. I would certainly recommend this hotel for families.

Probably one of the worst hotels I have stayed in recently. I would suggest finding an alternative hotel if you are thinking of staying here. We stayed in May, but we were unaware of the fact that the whole hotel was let out to lots of different school parties hence, we were unable to use any of the pool or seating areas due to the loud and constant screams and yells of the school children. As you will see from other reviews, the hotel is a little dated, and we were aware of that when we booked, they are beginning to update but in my opinion, the problem with this hotel that would prevent me from recommending it to anyone else is that the senior management team are too detached from the day-to-day running of the hotel. You may see negative comments that has been added recently, and the management say thanks and we will look to fix but I can tell you 100% they do absolutely nothing proven by their lack of engagement after my stay I gave the management the opportunity to discuss with me how poor I thought my stay was and how disappointment at not being able to use any of the areas unless of course I was happy listening to screams for the entire time of being in that area. The management team decided that they did not need to contact me. I even provided some constructive feedback to the fact that the shower sprays water over the entire bathroom due to an incorrect fitting and a number of other things that were wrong - Yes they do have cleaners that go round following a set schedule however, in the sliding doors between the dining areas, there is food and dirt debris that has obviously been there for many many months. During our stay one of the lifts to the pool area was broken, and the other one broke while we were there if there was a serious senior management commitment to this hotel they would’ve noticed this and they would have added signs to advise people that the lifts don’t work, so again in my opinion no senior management present The kitchen staff don’t seem to know the difference between a pineapple and the core of the pineapple so I would question whether or not they actually know anything about food safety My conclusion is that the senior management must be what I would class as spreadsheet KPI style managers who are only interested in money and not in their guests stay so think twice if you’re thinking of staying here One positive it does have some very good Junior members of the team but they may move on if the culture from senior management is bad
