Hotel Arabella Beach

I give 3 stars to 3 star hotel. Considering expectations for 3* hotel and mixed experiences of various aspects in give medium feedback. Some aspects are great (I thing it was before 4* hotel, but were they declassed, with some aspects that remained), some mediocre and some very bad. Very bad: rooms and corridors. Horrible smell, bad hygien, bad cleaning, almost everything should be change for new. No towel change and toalet paper replacement, previous guests hair in the shower,... But if you run after cleaning lady or you complain to manager, they resolve at least the simple tasks. Mediocre: medium food quality, but at least you have choice so you can find something you like. And if not, there is always fresh salad selection. Bar open all the day, but with limited drink menu. Personal mostly does not speak English, or very badly, but most of them are kind. Most of them are not trained and does not know anything you would like to know. All the bar personnel seems to be half asleeped, stillvsome of the are simpatic, some seems that their face does not know how to smile. Great: position - just next to the beach. Manager speaks English perfectly and is very helpful. Animation services are just great and available almost all the day for kids and for adults, too. You will never get bored and kids will be occupied and happy. Thank you very much ❣️ There is a lady with hair salon and few cosmetic services in the hotel. She does not speak English, but she is kind and is a very nice service to have.

Sea and beach are awesome, if you like waves that is The hotel itself is basically falling apart Receptionists are nice and helpful, but struggle a lot with their English, I didn't bother to try German, half of the bar staff is also trying hard, the other half is more or less hiding, also extremely apathic Overall the hotel is not very clean I saw enough dirty spots on day one and on day 5 they are still right where they were Come for the beach, but I do not recommend this hotel

For 4 stars hotel you can expect much more. High prices in comparison with other 4 star hotels . Good for seniors and families with kids .
