Really good central location. Clean rooms, had everything except an iron which reception gave to us. Came by car and parked at the car park next to it. €17 for 24hrs. Our room was in the building next door so the reception staff accompanied us to our room. Had to pay city tax €8 upon checkout. Everything else was great.
Great hotel but you pay extra for everything. Baby bed is 15€ extra. Skip the 25€ breakfast and go eat in town for better experience. Other than that very good parking house very close for decent price. Desk people is very kind and helpfull. Nice rooms
Nice boutique hotel. Great location. The room was clean except for the carpet, which was disgusting. We brought this to the attention of the front desk and got no response even after the front desk representative came to look at it. Also, I asked the kitchen attendant if I could get a cup of milk to use for coffee in our room (the tiny cream containers were inadequate and we get up very early). I was curtly turned down, even after the front desk told me when I checked in to the hotel that I could get hot milk from the kitchen in the morning. Seemed like this was a small item that would have gone a long way for customer service and for the class of the hotel. The kitchen attendant said I could only get the milk if I paid 25 EUR for breakfast, and waited for breakfast to be served an hour later. Post note: I see that the manager responded and said I could have purchased some milk at their bar -- this was not communicated to me at check-in or by the kitchen attendant the first morning. Regarding the carpet, if the stains are not removable then maybe it's time to change the carpet?! I travel a fair amount and am on the board of a highly respected travel incentive company. I am disappointed and surprised that the manager would blame these issues on us, the customer, instead of apologizing.
