Hotel Arbaso

My definition of a wonderful city boutique hotel. Having travelled in Spain for a month, this is one of the most pleasing hotels we experienced. Standouts: - The staff! Absolutely everyone I interacted with was super friendly, professional and very helpful. Service with personality and a smile. The best service I experienced in Spain. - The location was perfect, being right in the shopping district, a short walk to old town for Pintxo, and an even shorter walk to the beach (I also appreciated small things like beach bags and towels) - My corner room was lovely with a large bathroom, fabulous shower, and decent amount of space. The soundproof windows and blackout curtains helped with a few nights great sleep. - The valet parking was very convenient! Things to be aware of: - There is a lot of major works occurring on the street below. This didn’t occur on the weekend, but I was shocked at how noisy it was when leaving Monday morning. - The lower room categories are rather small and don’t feel as special as the corner room I had (we had family in different rooms). I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel and would very happily return.

Hotel Arbaso has very comfortable and clean rooms. The staff are very helpful and attentive. It’s also in a great location. The food at the restaurant is fantastic. The toilet and Dyson hair dryer are great additions. It would be nice if it was possible to offer an alcoholic drink after 11pm in the bar and it is a little tricky to order room service. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing staff! Professional and welcoming. And this makes all the difference. From checking to checkout. Modern, luxurious and spacious property/rooms. Centrally located. Beach towel, bag and umbrella provided, which was unexpected but a nice touch and very much appreciated. Had a lovely stay and wouldn’t hesitate to return in the future.
