Hotel Arc Riche Toyohashi

Had a very pleasant Stay, Very close to Toyohashi station. Very Spacious rooms comparing to other hotels in Toyohashi. Their Breakfast is one of the best I ever had 😋

This was a very nice hotel so I’ll criticize it on a high level. I think for the price I paid it was a very beautiful hotel and I love how the lobby and breakfast are on the 16th floor. Also the view from my room was very nice. All the areas looked very nice with great attention to detail. The gym is a bit of a let down though because it only had treadmills and dumbbells. The club room with free drinks is super fancy and it was very nice sitting down there, having a drink and working a bit with my laptop. Service was very nice. I want you to thank them for holding on to my luggage while I was working and furthermore for assisting me with general questions I had about the area. The only thing I want to criticize is the coffee. In the club room and for breakfast, the coffee just wasn’t good. A proper coffee machine with hand-foamed milk would be what I would expert from such a nice looking place but I was let down on that aspect.

For any travelers, I truly recommend the Hotel Arc Riche! It’s affordable, in an excellent location and the reception staff was impeccably professional while provided amazing customer service. We woke up today and my partner was experiencing some sort of injury to his foot that prevented him from walking. I went to the concierge, and the staff calmly and professionally found the only hospital open today (Japanese Holiday), coordinated with them a visit, arranged a taxi to drop us off and pick us up back to the hotel. When we got back they helped us with our bags and wheelchair for transporting my partner back to the Shinkansen all in time for us to not miss our train. They went completely beyond standard customer service, and I urge all travelers to choose Hotel Arc Riche!
