Our stay in Hotel Arcadia Blue was incredible. The location is perfect with stunning views of the blue mosque directly from our room. From the moment we arrived the staff was very warm and welcoming. I also wanted to thank Emir Bey for always greeting us with a great smile and going above and beyond to make our experience as enjoyable as possible. I would absolutely recommend this hotel and will be coming back on future trips to Istanbul.

On our first day in Turkey, we chose this hotel. Not only is it conveniently located, but the view from the window is also stunning. We could see the Blue Mosque right outside our room (if you want a clearer view, I recommend staying on a higher floor). Since we arrived in Turkey early in the morning, the receptionist, Emir, kindly helped us check in before the usual time, allowing us to rest in our room sooner. Every time we saw Emir, he greeted us with a warm smile and chatted with us, sharing information about nearby attractions and the weather. His assistance made us feel very welcome in a foreign country. It's worth mentioning that the restaurant on the hotel's top floor is definitely worth trying. I recommend arriving at least an hour before sunset so you can choose a window seat and enjoy the beautiful view.

I had a confirmed reservation with this hotel, and they canceled it less than 24 hours before my stay, without any communication or explanation. I was flying internationally and only discovered the cancellation hours before my flight. Due to the time difference, I couldn’t get in touch with anyone, and I was left scrambling to find a new hotel 10 hours before departure. When I finally landed in Turkey and called the hotel, they offered no apology, no solution, and no accountability, despite the fact that I was traveling from another country and was completely blindsided. Everything was booked due to the season, so this last-minute cancellation left me in an incredibly stressful and unfair position. This is, without question, one of the most inconsiderate and unprofessional things you can do to a traveler. The lack of communication, empathy, and basic responsibility speaks volumes about how this hotel is managed. I strongly advise against booking here. If this is how they treat guests before check-in, imagine what happens once you’re actually there.
