Hotel Arconte

The hotel is located in a quiet and elegant area. Although it’s about four blocks away from the nearest Diagonal station, taking the bus is more convenient and well-connected. We stayed for a week at the end of June, and the room-cleaning auntie was very kind. But most of all, we want to commend and thank the hotel staff member, Diago. He was extremely friendly and enthusiastic, introducing us to the can't-miss annual Saint John’s Festival and sharing fun local tips. He truly made our trip more memorable and left us with a wonderful impression of the city._ I recommend this recently renovated hotel when you visit Barcelona!

If I could give this hotel 6 stars, I would!! We were treated so nicely, the staff is lovely and flexible. They understand any situation, and make you feel really important. Everything was really clean and modern, the rooms were really comfy, the bed was AMAZING, and the blackout curtains were really effective. Thank you for our stay!

I'm surprised by some of the negative reviews I'm seeing for this hotel, complaining about silly things like having to ask the hotel staff to open their windows, or taking stuff from breakfast and then not wanting to pay for it. Our experience was great, the room was super clean, and the staff was attentive, friendly, and took their time to give us all sorts of tips and suggestions. The gym is small and sadly unusable in high temperatures due to the lack of A/C, the pool area is also a bit small but pretty nice and cozy on hot summer nights. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!
