Hotel Arenales is a really clean hotel with very polite staff. The only negative is that we could hear the elevator, which was really noisy. Great location,s satisfactory breakfast. Also, Juan Manuel went above and beyond to help us get a taxi as our app had problems and we still did not have local currency. A++ on his service. ⭐ Thank you for your service.
Great little hotel in the center of Recoleta! We had a great stay and were able to walk to many touristic spots. Special thank you to Estafania for helping us get Boca Jrs tickets!!! Thank you again!! Thank you also to Alejandro for helping us with our stay. You guys are the best! Gracias!
Good hotel, close to the subway station and Alto Palermo shopping. The room is good, we expected more for the price we paid. The attention of the staff is good (Ezequiel explained to us how to get to know the city, he recommended a very good restaurant and he was always attentive to our needs, we are very grateful to him) the breakfast is good, you have to request scrambled eggs if you want them.
