Hotel Argento

We stayed here this summer for 3nights and we highly recommend it to all. The delicious breakfast buffet is the highlight of the hotel. The staff is very humble and helpfull. Miss Sue helped us politely throughout the stay. The room was spacious enough. Location is apt too, there are lot of other eateries around and nearby bus stops. Overall had a really good experience staying in Hotel Argento in St. Julians, Malta.

Food and service in the restaurant amazing! The cleanness of the hotel was also fine. The room we were staying in, had the most comfortable mattresses i have ever encountered in a hotel! Cleaned regularly, also. The pool area very nice, well maintenened and pleasing to the eye. However, the bathtub in the room bathroom leaking and the mini fridge/cooler in the room not working properly. Additionally, and probably the weakest point of the hotel in my opinion, was actually and surprisingly so, the entrance area. Dead plants as you walk in and receptionists barely interested in greeting their guests. The exception was a wonderful lady called Sue, who was with a smile, professional and accomodating all the time. All in all it was a very pleasant stay. Perfect despite its small imperfection.

We had a nice stay. The room needed a bit of TLC and better decor and only had two plug sockets visible in the entire room. The balcony was small with two chairs but the view was nice. The bathroom didn't have a working lock and no coffee machine in our 'deluxe room'. The breakfast selection was amazing with a variety of fruits and pastries. Pool area was clean and nice subeds. All staff were welcoming and its not even 5 minutes from Spinola Bay!
