I chose this hotel primarily for its excellent location near a mall and its central position in the city. However, reaching the hotel can sometimes be challenging due to traffic, especially with many people trying to enter the mall. It would be a great improvement if there were a separate entrance, not shared with the mall. Despite this, the breakfast selection is decent, and the staff are friendly. I'd definitely stay here again on my next visit to Malang
Room is comfort, Aircon very cold (on low), massage spa excellent. Breakfast : the protein not variable enough.
Room is clean. Location next to mall, very good. The only minus is the small swimming pool.. But overall a good hotel
