Hotel Ariele

The hotel was exceptionally clean and beautifully maintained. The staff were truly wonderful—always doing their utmost to assist in any way they could. Everyone we encountered was incredibly friendly, courteous, and professional. The location was also excellent—just a few minutes’ walk from all the main attractions. Despite being close to the centre , the hotel is situated in a very secure and quiet area, which made it a perfect retreat after a busy day of exploring. We truly appreciated the calm and relaxing atmosphere. A heartfelt thank you to dear Irena for helping make our stay in Florence so peaceful and enjoyable!

We loved our stay at Hotel Ariele. The front desk staff is very kind and welcoming. The rooms were clean and the beds were so comfy. The high ceilings and crown molding in our triple room were beautiful. One of the best hotels we stayed at in Italy!

Everyone here was very helpful and kind. Loved the patio and the breakfast was good. We didn't realize it was in such a quiet area; we prefer some restaurants/bars close by. The room was nice and big, but it only had one armchair. I expected more places to relax. Also the towels were rough textured. Overall, I would stay here again. It just wasn't perfect, but your staff is top notch!
