Hotel Aris

We stayed in this hotel full board from September 2nd to 9th. Practically the last week of the season. It is a 3 star hotel, very close to the train station. You can easily walk there. The beach is very close, about 50 meters from the hotel. Perfect place to relax. The price also included 1 umbrella and two sun loungers. The hotel is simple, but we found everything we needed, even beach towels (even if we didn't need them). It is very well managed by the girls at the reception, very kind, helpful and always smiling. The exceptional cuisine! We ate like a god! All the food was good, fresh and plentiful. The breakfasts with homemade brioches, wonderful! The fruit had the flavor and the quality of the food could be felt. The chef and his son were really great!!!! The waiters in the dining room, well... we have to thank all three of them, they were really very attentive to the needs of the hotel guests. A special thanks goes to Fabio, a young, cheerful guy who served our table. Always available and willing to work. Thank you so much :) All in all, this place is to be recommended to everyone, all those who don't have great expectations but want to relax, eat well and go home happy. We will definitely be back!!! Just returned from our stay! Family with three children aged 11, 8 and 2 months. Overall we are satisfied. In particular: - top location! Very close to the beach and the nightlife because it is located on the pedestrian promenade. Even though it is in front of the games room you can rest very well because the windows isolate very well from noise. My 2 month old baby slept great. - very good food! However, the buffet is only refilled at the beginning, so first come, first served.. - once a week the Romagna evening is offered.. we had great expectations but they were disappointed.. what a shame!!! We arrived a little after the opening of the room, there were only a few pieces of piadina left, which were also cold... I was expecting a piadina each of the good artisanal ones with a filling of your choice.. Romagna music and why not, waitresses in traditional clothes! It can be done better! - very kind and nice waitresses, except one who didn't drive me crazy, not very professional, in our opinion she was acting too confident.. some people appreciated her attitude, but it annoyed us.. it's not the way! - there is one buffet and also the coffee and milk machine... if you happened to be there during the busiest hours there were long queues.. - very convenient soft drink dispenser! We filled up the water bottles so on the beach we always had free drinks!! - reception girls 🔝: super helpful, kind and smiling. Every request was satisfied ☺️ - room: it could use a fix.. scratched floors, very ruined and creaky bunk bed, the rest is ok. Very large bathroom! Super little balcony with table and two chairs and clothes horse! Maybe I would suggest replacing the clothes pegs which are very worn. - very convenient the beach towel service, but some are a bit old, frayed and with holes.. too bad! - the structure in general has a very classic look, a bit old fashioned... it could be improved a lot because it has a lot of potential! It doesn't seem like a four star, I would say three, but in general we had a good time! - very comfortable beach

It's not the first time I've gone and I can say that they are always kind and try to help customers. Very good and friendly staff: Rosa (super helpful) and Simona always with a smile. Especially a round of applause to chef Leo and the staff for the dishes and to the guys in the dining room: Anna (always helpful and kind), Alessia and Fabio. Tram number 1. Availability to use bicycles: here we were unable to use the blue ones, no one knows why. Beach towels available. Now the drinks are in the dispensers but the sugar-free ones are missing. Good and very varied breakfast. Very good and proportionate lunch and dinner, the only flaw: even if you arrive 5 minutes after opening we don't find all the starters because once the special foods like octopus with potatoes and so on are finished. Very good desserts. The special donut evening is my favourite. thank you. Flaws: mattresses a little hard and the food was finished and not replenished. The furniture is a little dated but we are interested in cleanliness and friendliness of the staff.
