Hotel Ariston

Hotel Ariston surprised us. For the price we paid the rooms were fully modernized with AC which is important during summer in Italy. The bathrooms were spacious with good amenities and excellent towels. The breakfast was great. Small but with absolutely everything you would need. However I would like to highlight the friendliness of the staff! Specially the tall guy at the front desk. He was so nice and cooperative since we had two big bike boxes we had to move around the hotel. Thank you so much for all your help

I had a fairly good stay at this hotel. The prices were reasonable and the staff were polite and professional, which made the experience more pleasant. There was a bit of delay in the service at times, which could be improved. The location was decent — accessible, but not perfect. Overall, it was a satisfactory experience.

I would like to share a troubling experience at the Ariston Hotel in Milan. Our first night was unbearable due to the constant noise from the street, the tram, pedestrians, and the minibar. The cleanliness of the room was also substandard, with dust, hairs, and stains on the pillows evident. We reported our sleepless night to the management, which was clearly visible. Unfortunately, we were left without a response, and then offered an even smaller and less pleasant room. After a fruitless discussion at the reception with an arrogant receptionist, we were informed that no compensation was possible. When we requested a room on a higher floor, we were told it would cost an additional 100 euros per night. Having already paid a significant amount for three nights, I believed the least a four-star hotel could offer as compensation was a more comfortable room and courteous service. Moreover, the staff was generally unfriendly. Despite this, we agreed to pay the supplement, but I wanted to share this experience with photos so that others might avoid the same ordeal.
