The hotel have a good crew. We came for a 7 day learning session using their conference / meeting room at andaman. There is a leaking, a day before the training but the management mr wan with the maintenance crew fix it up upon our request. The 7 days we where help by marwan, abdullah and our malaysian lady ( I forget the name sorry) all when smooth. The lunch was very nice. We love it. Overall a good place for us. Thanks marwan! I had a buffet lunch at its Restaurant Utara on father day (15-06-25). Buffet start from 12-3pm. Plenty of food variety there, wonderful. All the food station are well decorated. Chefs are very friendly and listen to our comments patiently. Tried almost all of the available food and really love their lamp cooked sweet and sour, excellent. Yummy roasted duck and freshly cooked seafood as well. I will definitely recommend to my family members and friends for a try. Cheers, keep it up please.
Given the room rate, I expected the service to be amazing — unfortunately, my stay here was far from it. The issues began at check-in. The front desk staff failed to check whether we had already paid the tourist tax through our booking. As a result, we were charged again, only to be told later that the amount would be refunded. We also handed over our card to pay for breakfast, which was apparently forgotten. When we went down the next morning, our names weren’t listed, and we were denied breakfast. Upon raising the issue with the receptionist, there was no resolution — just confusion and no accountability. The poor experience didn’t stop there. Housekeeping didn’t replace the dirty spoons we had used in the room, which reflects a lack of attention to basic cleanliness standards. There are other hotels in the area that offer better service and, in all likelihood, better value for money. I would recommend looking elsewhere — I won’t be returning.
