Hotel Arnaria

Wonderful experience for a family traveling with a small child. We felt welcomed and well cared for. The food was delicious, the wait staff and hotel staff were always friendly and kind. Hicham was the best shuttle driver! Always punctual and knew where to find us, even if I was not the best at saying where to be picked up! Our room and the hotel was always clean, probably the cleanest hotel bathroom I've ever had! My 6 year old loved the kids play area downstairs and the child bunk bed in our room. Thank you to all of the staff for a lovely and memorable Birthday and Christmas stay.

We spent a wonderful 11 days at the hotel Arnaria, great helpful owners and all staff, the dinners were very good, dinner was never repeated in 11 days, perfect cleanliness in the hotel and rooms, everything perfect! We will definitely come back again. Thank You family Hofer!

To all travelers, you have to know how arrogant this hotel is based on my experience! I travelled allover the world, this is the first time, in a claimed four-star hotel which is barely a three star, the ridiculous reception man and woman did all these to their guests! 1. After two days stay in this hotel, I checked out this morning, the reception guy charged us 5 euro for the water in the room, I didn’t know this so I asked him to confirm the water is free not or, he replied in a bad manner that “nothing is free here, if you want free you should drink tap water!” I spend 865 euro in this hotel, I don’t think I need be treated in this rude way he behave, I don’t care this 5 euro water but I do care the way he treated me; 2. Because we have this argument of the water, although I paid all to them, the reception guy and woman stop us to use their free shuttle bus to go to ski lift, the reason is we have already checked out and we did complain them for their service. This totally pissed us off! For all guests who want to stay in this hotel, take a second thought！
