Good spacious & clean Room. Courteous staff. Ample place for parking & kids to play Quite & peaceful surroundings. We went to Tiffin Top from the hotel as it's on the route. Only negative is if you don't have a car/bike then it's a steep walk from the Nainital lakeside parking/stadium.

I stayed at this hotel for one night with my family, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The hotel is located in the Mallital area, which is about 500 meters from the Naina Devi Temple. However, be aware that there's a steep slope leading up to the temple, which can be a bit challenging, especially at night since there are no streetlights on that road. Climbing back up the slope can be quite difficult, so if you're not keen on walking, having a vehicle is definitely helpful. The good news is that the hotel offers a convenient pickup and drop-off service to both the temple and Mall Road, making it much easier to get around. The hotel also provides ample parking space, which is a big plus if you're traveling by car. Overall, I would recommend staying here for a night or two, especially if you're looking for a short stay in the area. It's a nice place with decent facilities, but the steep incline might be a challenge for some guests. Room category - Deluxe Room Room - 3/5 Location - 3/5 Staff - 4/5

Recently we had booked Hotel Aroma, Nainital through Thomas Cook. While the hotel is just a 10-minute walk from Mall Road, the approach is via steep roads, which can make the return walk quite challenging. Unfortunately, the hotel’s hygiene standards were disappointing — the rooms were unclean, with foul-smelling beds and towels. The doors, furniture, and curtains were all poorly maintained and dirty. Toilet is also not clean with broken tiles and cockroaches. However, the staff was courteous and polite. Do note that the ground floor rooms are adjacent to the parking area, where drivers gather and chat throughout the day and night, which can be quite noisy. We felt very some disuncomfortable due to their presence.
