I had an unforgettable stay at this hotel! The serene mountain views were absolutely breathtaking, creating the perfect backdrop for a peaceful getaway. The spa experience was top-notch, offering a range of relaxing treatments that left me feeling completely rejuvenated. To top it all off, the on-site Japanese restaurant was a culinary delight, serving authentic and delicious dishes that were the highlight of each evening. The combination of luxury, nature, and exquisite dining made this trip truly special.
Absolutely awesome. Great staff, extremely friendly, well located. Great spa with outdoor jacuzzi. Don’t miss that! Food is very good but i would like to see more kids friendly menu. Rooms are not terribly insulated so there is a bit of noise in the morning and evening. Nothing to bother if you follow the ski schedule though.
we went to the sauna and were disappointed by the cleanliness and instructions how to use it. most of the guests didn’t properly use their towls to cover the wood. furthermore the stairs to the wellness area seemed to be very rarely cleaned.
