The hotel is in an excellent location and is well-maintained, making for a pleasant stay. The breakfast was enjoyable, offering a good selection of food, and the staff were polite, friendly, and accommodating. However, there were a couple of minor drawbacks. The water temperature while showering in the evening was only lukewarm, which was a bit disappointing. Additionally, the room did not have any milk sachets provided. When we requested some, we were charged 10 MAD, which I found to be unreasonable for such a basic amenity. Overall, despite these minor inconveniences, the stay was comfortable, and the service was generally good.
We enjoyed our stay here, location is pretty centralized, we were able to walk to most places. Staff was friendly, valet parking was included. I have 2 negatives: the night club in the The hotel was very loud, we ended up complaining at 1am, it was like the live music from the bar was literally in our room. 2nd- I booked a king bed room and they gave us a room with two twin beds, when I complained, they said the music was too loud in the other rooms. When I brought up the complaints when we were checking out, staff said they were working on the noise issue.
The locks of the washroom are very bad it feels like you have been locked in. There are two washrooms in the room 1 is so small there is no place to stand and and the shower doors were broken. It is a decent hotel at best and did not live up to the hype
