Could not ask for a better location — this hotel sits in the heart of the Sarajevo's old town, allowing many tourist attractions within easy walking distance. Our one-bedroom suite on the top floor was spacious and comfortable, making it the perfect retreat between the walking trips exploring different parts of the old town. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful, adding to our overall wonderful experience in Sarajevo.
Really not bad at all! The reviews made me wonder to stay here, but my wife and I enjoyed our stay. - Location is perfect. - Room is very good. Bed was really comfortable. Bathroom ok. - Breakfast was very solid and with good options. Dont hesitate to stay here. Of course is not a luxurious hotel, but it is a solid 3 star hotel and you cant beat the location.
We were placed at this hotel by Exoticca during our tour. The service was disappointing. They couldn’t provide anything we asked for (a spoon, extra bedsheets as the bedding wasn’t fresh, or to check the broken bidet).
