Great hotel, very easy to access from station using the underpass. Olten is a perfect location to travel around Switzerland. We booked a dinner bed and breakfast package and were very impressed with the food in the restaurant. Staff were all very friendly and spoke very good English.
We were moved to this hotel on very short notice . When we checked in we waited at reception for 20 minutes despite asking two people twice if we could check in . We were given a junior sweet with balcony the rusty balcony was awful with crumpled fake grass that I tripped over and a tired faded table and chairs , the floor in the bedroom was very uneven with dents in the carpet , there was a bar directly below us that was very noisy till midnight we had to have the window open due to no air con , we were woken by loud bangs at 5.30am from construction work going on very near by . Would not stay here again
They đint clean the room well, still the hair in the bathroom and didnt refill the eater
