Because of some reviews I was a bit concerned, but it was anything but the bad reviews! The hotel does have multiple buildings, so make sure to look for the Artemis. Very comfortable big rooms, good beds, nice bathroom with bathtub. Clean towels every day, breakfast was extensive and the coffee was perfect!!
If you’re staying in the tall glass building on the right of the reception, the air conditioning is abysmal literally 25 degrees in the room with the AC on blast. The foyers are also sweltering and there was only one lift working for the whole block of apartments.
The room was clean There was a lamp with faulty wiring. Despite the do not disturb sign on the door the maid came in to the room and stood over me while I was resting in bed. From 630am there was a lot of banging, not sure where it was coming from but I could not sleep through it. Some, not all, the staff were ignorant and miserable. The breakfast was nice, there was a variety of options available.
