Based on my person experience and my opinion ONLY. Hotel Arthur is great! New, specious with a lot of parking. Laura or Lora, a receptionist was very friendly and checked me in super fast; however, an older gentleman at night shift is dry and has "zero" sense of hospitality. Daniel, a morning shift receptionist was nice and friendly! He smiles and seems enjoys what he is doing! Thank you Laura "Lora" and Daniel!
Have stayed at Hotel Arthur several times, most recently August 2023. Very friendly welcome and nice room with air conditioning. Good service. Nothing to complain about. Simply great.
Really Good hotel but with some things to improve. I can not give 5* to t'he Review to be honest. Breakfast is not Good when t'he client enter in t'he breakfast room nobody come to offer coffee you have to wait so long or self yourself. T'he pastry in Buffett are not really fresh from t'he day they can Review all this details also improve. Nothing but absolutely nothing for celíacs people intolerants to gluten. No healthy productes as 0% fat free, Not Oat milk please Review this details are very important in order to care customers also to keep standard as 4* hotels.
