Hotel arts is a boutique hotel located at the heart of thamel.This hotel got absolutely brilliant ambience with lots of arts intended to help local artist. I must say the buffet food was amazing.The staffs are really polite and will help you for your every queries. special Mention to Anish And Neetu in front dest. will definitely visit again. Thank you
Rooms are clean and spacious however very noisy at night. Great location with an easy walk to the garden of dreams, many restaurants and cafes. There is a bank on the ground floor and ATMs which is also very useful. Staff are friendly and helpful
Room not so bad with a great view of market place but toilets have not lock inside due to suicidal case and shoes for two different sandals . Lift make unusual sound. Reception is good. Package breakfast to cheap to serve. Three pilo and three comforter for four person though it was booked for four persons. After informed to service personnel they refused to give as they haven't leftover. As remote and TV remote was found not working. Furniture was found good. Nepali tali was found good. Cleanliness was found good. This is in tourist places.
