We booked a studio with ocean-view. Spacious room with a kitchenette. Litterally on the beach and out of the busy tourist zone. The airport is very very close but as it is not a major one we were not disturbed by noise at all. Diner for 25 EUR per person is fairly priced. Breakfast buffet with plenty of choice. The bathroom is quite small and waiters were sometimes a tad too fast, nearly rushing you out if the dining room. Otherwise really great hitel and highly recimmendable. Very friendly and professional staff.

Relaxing and quiet hotel (at least when we visited in October) with a good buffet style breakfast with plenty of options. We had free parking on the road, although probably not possible in high season, and you can walk 1 minute and be on the beach. Nice extra that you could take a bike to ride to centre of town (20 min cycle on dedicated cycle route, 1.5 hours to walk to centre from hotel, which can be enjoyed along the beach)

We had a horrible experience and it started from the moment we stepped into the hotel. First they couldn’t find our reservation because they were looking at the wrong list. After that they asked if we wanted a room with sea view for an extra 150€, which we denied. To our surprise our room still had the sea view, which means they tried to scam us. The receptionists were extremely rude, especially the elderly woman with the red glasses and the one with the bob haircut. Only the younger woman with glasses and the guy at night were friendly. They assumed we didn’t speak any english because we couldn’t understand HER atrocious accent. My friend was screamed at twice by the rude receptionist (red glasses) and has never felt more uncomfortable. She felt shamed and even cried afterwards in our room. Also, the website mentions a private beach, which it definitely wasn’t. One needs to pay for beach chairs and an umbrella which costs 20€ (2 chairs, 1 umbrella). It was also extremely difficult to figure that out since the hotel reception and the beach reception are quite uncoordinated. At the reception they explained it to us impudently and made us feel stupid. Concerning the room: - very small, couldn’t walk when the closet door was opened - safe didn’t open/ lock properly - no garbage bin in the room (only in the bathroom) - sheets were used as blanket, no proper blanket provided - only 2 pairs of slippers (we’re 3 people) - woke up with a stuffy nose everyday, even though we turned the AC off At the checkout we also had to pay “hidden fees”. It was a so-called communal city tax, which we weren’t made aware off until the end. The only friendly people were the restaurant and pool staff. Would not recommend staying here.
