Lovely hotel, a village feel in a city. The staff are extremely friendly, rooms are nice, beds super comfy and free parking. Tram stop is a 5 minute walk, big park nearby and can get to Fortuna Düsseldorf stadium in 20 mins. All round an amazing hotel and our Go To place to stay when visiting the city. I can't recommend this place enough.

Hotel is very well located Room quality is not at the level it is supposed to be. Service was also lacking quality. No one at the reception when we arrived. The person at the reception serves at the restaurant at the same time. Waited 15mn for someone to arrive Had diner at the restaurant, nice atmosphere. Food is ok bit service is poor. Spent 2.5 hrs at dinner. Clearly not enough service personnel at this hotel to ensure proper level of quality
