Perfect stay and room. The only small inconvenience being that the double room was really small, with only one chair. Otherwise the room was immaculately clean and the service perfect. The hotel staff were highly professional and courteous.
This is the second time that our family of five has stayed at this hotel. It’s very conveniently located inside the Toyohashi station, and walkable to all the downtown areas, including many convenience stores, restaurants, ATMs, etc. The rooms are very clean and spacious, the beds are comfortable, the bathrooms and showers are pristine, and all the staff is VERY polite and helpful.
Nice hotel with easy access to taxis, the train station, convenience stores (one in the hotel and two nearby outside), and a couple of nice restaurants. There are two parking spots nearby the hotel; very convenient for drivers. The rooms are nice, though small with a slight problem with the soundproofing. Overall, a great stay!
