Vacationed Feb 22 to March 1st 2025. Wonderful, Helpful staff. The Hotel has easy access to the lifts. Ski the Sellaronda, Marmalada with close Gondola access from hotel area. Great views of the Mountains from hotel rooms. Spa was awesome. Pool, hot tub and Sauna just what you need after a great day of sking.Great experience in Italy💯👍👍Would definitely go back. A great place to rest and get a good sleep. The rooms and decor were great with a spectacular view of the dolomites. We loved the spa for end of the day after a morning of hiking - super peaceful and the staff were so helpful.
No air conditioning at all, we slept with windows opened. It’s 36 degrees and our kids were sweating at nights. The food is good except for the beer, it’s unacceptable. Gym also sucks. WiFi - didn’t work for the whole day, it was impossible to work. What’s the problem of mounting air conditioners? It’s awful. No vegetables at the breakfast at all.
