Amazing service!! Spoke English and Spanish so communication was very convenient. Every question and inquiry was answered in a timely manner. The lobby was clean and welcoming. I would recommend staying here if you are looking for a high quality hotel at the beachfront and near shops and restaurants at a reasonable budget.
I dont understand the negative reviews, this hotel is a good value, excellent location and friendly staff. The breakfast was very good and included in the rate. They have a mini fridge in each room stocked with drinks and a few snacks that you can purchase for extra. The bed was comfortable, I slept well here. I paid $100 a night and stayed here 4 nights in June. For $100 a night, this hotel was fantastic. I'm convinced the people who left negative reviews are actually wanting to pay $100 for a $500 hotel. The one negative review I agree with is that, wow the internet was awful. I ended up using my cell phone data plan instead, because the internet was so horrible. Just because of that, I probably wouldnt stay here again. If they fix the internet, Id recommend this hotel to anyone.
Absolutely Disgusting Experience – Avoid at All Costs Our stay at this so-called 4-star hotel was an absolute nightmare. The room was infested with bed bugs – my father's body was littered with bites. This alone should be a deal-breaker for any hotel, let alone one claiming to meet four-star standards. The entire place was filthy, outdated, and mouldy. Mould was visible on the wallpaper, in the shower, and in other corners of the room. The cleanliness and maintenance were nowhere near acceptable — this is not even close to a 4-star experience. While many staff members were helpful and kind, one receptionist was incredibly arrogant, showing no empathy or professionalism. Even worse, the hotel manager failed to offer any real solution or compensation for the appalling experience – not even for the bed bug situation. All they did was offer a different room for the few remaining hours before checkout. Absolutely ridiculous and insulting. To top it all off, loud drilling and repairs were carried out right next to our room during our stay, making it impossible to rest. Avoid this hotel by any means necessary. It’s unsanitary, mismanaged, and not worth a single penny.
