Hotel Astoria

Incredibly friendly staff & excellent service. A great range of food for breakfast- the fruit salad was fresh and vibrant and contained a good mixture of fruits. The best scrabbled egg !! A great variety of pastries , lovely fruit juices and breads. The hotel is immaculately clean, and very quiet at night. Excellent!! Thank you for a great stay.

This is the second time staying in this hotel and again we had a room in the annex overlooking the pool area. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable with great aircon. Breakfast was amazing and my Coeliac wife was well catered for with a separate Gluten Free shelf with sealed products. Also the staff were able to do soft boiled eggs on request. Also lunchtimes when we chose to eat at the poolside bar there was always a reasonable selection of GF options for Kim. The staff in all areas of the hotel were very friendly and helpful. All in all I would definitely recommend this hotel with it's amazing lakeside location.

We have just returned from a week staying at the hotel Astoria. The location is perfect, although quite a bit of noise from the hotel next door as they have celebrations. The hotel was spotlessly clean with attention to detail in every aspect. The hotel staff were very helpful, especially the restaurant staff. The food was very good. The room was very comfortable with wonderful views of the lake. There was one issue with the room, it had an adjoining door and you could hear everything from our neighbours as if they were in our room. I would recommend this hotel, the team take a great pride in keeping standards high.
