Hotel Atlantic

Lovely comfortable hotel with very helpful and friendly staff. Alll rooms have a view of the sea. The restaurant, while no longer Michelin starred, still offers expertly cooked food. My only slight criticism is that the tables in the new restaurant are too close together. A few less tables and a bit more space between would be an improvement.

Great hotel, we really enjoyed our stay here. Had the room with balcony and it has a stunning panoramic view. Only the hotel parking spot was full a couple of times so we had to park our car in the streets a few times which has paid parking. Hotel parking spot has chargers for electric vehicles but it only works via a specific app which I was unable to use because I can't add my charging card in that app. There are very limited chargers available in Wimereux which were occupied most of the times which limited our mobility and also made me nervous if I'd be able to get enough range on my car to leave the area.

We have been staying at the Atlantic hotel for many years and have always looked forward to a very special meal in the restaurant La Liégeoise. We were very disappointed to learn that this superb restaurant with its excellent food and choice of wine has closed. It has been replaced with a brasserie which although the food was quite good we found it disappointing and the tables are too close together. By closing La Liégeoise, we felt something was missing that made every stay at the hotel very special. We will stay at the Atlantic again as the hotel has lovely rooms and of course the sea views.
