Hotel Auditorio Santiago & Spa

The chef cook very good, food in the restaurant was fresh and delicious. Hotel and rooms seemed little old fashion but clean. The pool is outside of hotel area so you need slippers (like a rule) if you want to use it. And ask for towels in the reception. For me was kind of surprise and I was asked to go and buy a pair if I wanna use this amenities. Next to the pool, you can enjoy the sun on the grass. So, enjoy!

Kitchen was closed and no answer from room service so no dinner, breakfast ended 10.30h and we missed it, they would not provide any food or drink and still charged us for it. Couldn't eat out as nothing nearby and locally Lugo had a very busy festival on making everything fully booked. Room was boring, had no USB sockets, tiny tv, faulty fixtures and light bulbs. Spa is not thermal water and very small. No robes. Pool was dirty. Sauna had restricted hours so missed it. View was an industrial estate. I booked the more expensive jacuzzi corner room and slept very well. Jacuzzi was boring. The two staff members I met were lovely. Slept well, good bed but don't want to use this brand ever again.

We were looking for hotel "pet friendly" we r always travelling with Yorkshire .... and on booking we found this hotel. It was the worth "pet friendly" hotel in all our trip. 1. They gave a room with bad and strong smell (look like people did smoking party before).... we asked about other room ..... ok we got. 2. We wanted to have dinner in our hotel (it has restaurant) ..... they said we can't eat with dog inside of restaurant and outside also ( was cold ) ....near hotel have not other places to eat. ... at the end we ordered food to room..... P.S. check-in was impossible to do before 6 p.m. To go to swimming pool also impossible to go with dog. ......better to find other hotel if u r with dog. We were in many hotels 2* ,3*, 4* with our dog and this hotel is the worth.
