I stayed in Hotel Augustus for 1 month with my baby and husband and it was great. Personnel are very nice and welcoming, Ori restaurant is amazing and the location of the hotel is a must. Some rooms indeed need some refreshing but they were refreshing them while we were there so no doubt it will give a value to the place. Thank you for having welcomed us and help us felt like "Home" during this long stay. :) See you !
Amazing location and service, 5 Star restaurant, amazing chef, really enjoyed the stay with my family, talk to Luca the chef excellent man, the best food ever, very happy I visited here, well done @ Luca.
ı recently made a reservation at this hotel in Fano ,unfortunately ı mistakenly selected the wrong date .I contacted the hotel immediately to request a correction b-ut received no assistance.They can not speak english !!!Instead, I was informed that the booking could not be changed, resulting in a potential loss of my payment. I am extremely disappointed with this lack of flexibility and customer service. will recommend no one this hotel !!
