Hotel Aurelius Imparatul Romanilor

I recently stayed at Aurelius and had an outstanding experience, largely thanks to Cristina at the front desk. From the moment I arrived, Cristina made me feel incredibly welcome with her warm smile and professional demeanor. She efficiently handled my check-in, provided excellent recommendations for local dining and attractions, and provided me with the best available room. Her knowledge of the area, proactive approach, and genuine enthusiasm for helping guests truly stood out. Cristina’s exceptional customer service skills made my stay memorable, and she is a true asset to this hotel. I hope her hard work and dedication are recognized and rewarded.

Beautiful view from the hotel. The rooms are big and the SPA is nice. The hotel heating system runs only in specific time intervals, and the room was cold in mid-October. The furniture needs a refreshment, a lot of exfoliation and scraches. The beds are big but the mattress is cheap and not very comfortable. The bathroom was not heated, had cracked floor tiles, and mold on the tiles around the bathtube.

We stayed here for 5 days. Food is good,service is good. But rooms are not clean. I even complained to reception but made no difference,the cleaning staff do half way job,3 days they didn't even clean our room until I complained. 5 days and they haven't changed the bed. The room is still dirty after they "cleaned " they don't do the bed just throw the blanket over the bed,no vacuum, no wipe around,bathroom they only wipe the floor and even that is not done properly. Bed are extremely uncomfortable and very noisy when you move. The hotel needs a fresh up.
