The ambience of the service room was quite warm and cozy. Took 30 min foot massage here, I must say it was magical. Ms Mishelle was so kind. She did an amazing job.. It was relaxing. Absolutely loved it. Highly recommended 👌
Apartment with sea view in 5th floor: Amazing room! Clean, modern, spacious, practical, great view. Would totally take again. Mind though that our parents had a double room in 3rd floor, which was also clean and practical, but looked and felt outdated (old). Not bad, but you need to watch out what you're booking and what to expect. The rest of the hotel is clean as well, but also has a look of the 1990ies. Personnel was friendly and professional, most of them speak a little German, but no English. Here is the big negative point: They say they are a family hotel and you are able to relax. NO! The hotel is right in front of the hotspot of the promenade, right next to an outdoor CONCERT VENUE. Loud music until after 11pm, drunk people until the morning, some music starting at 7am. You will hear EVERYTHING from your room, even if windows/doors are closed. Horrible location for a "relax family hotel" :(
The hotel was clean and pretty. Staff very nice. Unfortunately: We ordered wine on arrival, but there was no wine. Our massage was booked on a different hour than asked and we had to ask for compensation. The massage was not very good either and jacuzzi was not clean. Overall experience is three stars due to perfect cleanliness, awesome location and comfortable beds, but some points lost due to complications in booking, and poor spa area.
