Why is it only average 4.6 points, it should be 5.0 points, it's the best hotel I have ever stayed
Unexpected positive experience - staff, jacuzzi, food. And I almost cancelled my booking based on some poor reviews, some coming from people with few or no other contributions, or having just one complaint, regardless the overall experience. Guys, maybe you didn't like it, but if you are for real, make sure you also rate other places, including the ones you enjoyed. Aurora deserves the 5th star because of the staff (totally surpassed my expectations, coming after some unfriendly czechs) and this is what made me look away from few obsolete details.
Nice hotel with spacious and clean rooms, however difficult access to internal parking in the backyard. Nice and rich breakfasts, good assistance from the front desk service. Restaurant offer was not that attractive so we chose a different option for a dinner nearby
