Very nice gardens and beautiful beaches. The beaches were clean and the garbage bins were emptied and cleaned on the spot. The staff and the security were very helpful and friendly. We stayed for two days and we really enjoyed İsik-Kol lake.
Small space. You have to pay parking even if you’re check in
Beach - However, beach was pretty good, but there were tonnes of apples, bottle lids, and more. Rooms - When we enetered it, the furniture was dirty and the wardrobe was broken. Service - When we were asking for toothpaste, toilet papers, administration said that, they will deliver it now. But we waited a whole day. Also the maids were saying bad words, and this is inappropriate. Restaurant (Arbat) - The food was okay, but it was fatty. And at the night, the music was so loud, because of neighbors. We asked administration for it, and they said, that they will deal with it. But the music was going on for the next morning. Thank you for attention, but this hotel, isn't that good. 5/10.
