Hotel Avenue Louise Brussels Trademark Collection by Wyndham

We stayed here for four nights which was included in our Bronze Hotel Global Journey package for Tomorrowland. There was a Tomorrowland rep there during business hours who was really helpful and answered any questions we had and directed us to the bus shuttle that picked us up everyday. The rooms were largely sized and the bathrooms were decent but there was no air con! They only provided a fan in each room which felt like it didn’t significantly improve the ventilation. No kettle in the room, only a coffee machine. Hotel breakfast buffet was a definite highlight!

This hotel was a mixed bag for our stay. The staff were fantastic and couldn't help you enough. If you needed extra coffee pods for the Nespresso machine or milk, they sorted you out. It felt daft. The bed was big and comfy. Only gripe is if the weather is good and the temperature outside is over 22 degrees then your room will be uncomfortably warm because of the lack of air conditioning. Literally sleeping on top of the mattress with duvet flung to the side. Other than that, the room was big enough for our short stay. Bathroom was on the cramped side but fine for our needs. No cats could be swung in there for sure.

The rooms are really really really old. The walls are all scratched, the carpet on the floor smells like mold. I had to change my room because the bathroom wasn’t cleaned. And the other rooms toilet was okay but the room itself wasn’t clean. There were spider webs all around the beds. Like really big spider webs, seems like they have been there forever and no one cleaned them. The good things I can say about the hotel is the location, the breakfast and the staff. But it’s dirty as hell it would not compensate at all to stay there. So disappointed.
