Hotel Azur Premium

I don't normally write reviews, but I felt I had to for this stay, and I'm so glad it's a positive one. The hotel is lovely and everything was very clean and well-maintained. The food was good, though a little more variety would have been a nice bonus. I also wanted to mention that we had a small mix-up at check-in, and the receptionist, Tomas, was very professional and helpful in getting it sorted out. We really appreciated his help. All in all, a great experience that we'd happily recommend.

A nice and wonderful family hotel. Advantages: The wellness area is very neat and clean. The saunas are large and diverse. We really liked the park, private beach and the friendly swan 🦢. The staff understands and speaks foreign languages ​​well. Weaknesses: The downside is the high parking fee, which could possibly be free for hotel guests or be included in the price. At the dinner, the tips were also not very clear to us, as they were calculated automatically and there was always a different price every dinner. During our four-day stay, the room was not cleaned once and the towels were not changed either. Some improvements are still possible. We will come again someday.
