A beautiful hotel in the beautiful surroundings of Lake Balaton. The rooms are clean and tastefully furnished, the equipment of the rooms is at a sufficient level. The hotel itself offers a number of side activities as well as relaxation opportunities. The hotel staff is very nice, but not all of them can communicate fluently in english. But well, you can always negotiate here.
I was really surprised to read all the bad reviews for this hotel. We were staying for 2 nights and had a great experience. BF was ok, standard, but dinner was amazing. Huge buffet with a lot of choices. The room was also clean with a lot of space, clean towels and everything we needed. All the facilities were nice and clean. We enjoyed the pools indoor and outdoor, and also the lake. My 2yo kid was really sad when we were leaving 😂 The staff at the reception were kind and helpful. Especially the girl at check out. I wish her all the best honestly. 🤗
I recently stayed at Hotel Azur Premium on Lake Balaton and had a wonderful experience! 😊 The food was delicious, featuring a variety of local Hungarian meals that were a delight to try. Dinner was accompanied by a piano jazz singer, which made the entire atmosphere great. 🎶 My room had a nice view, though the windows were a little dirty. The staff was pleasant, but in most cases, they did not speak English, which made communication a bit challenging. Overall, it was a memorable stay, and I would recommend this hotel for its amazing food and lovely ambiance. 🌟
