Hotel Azzun Orient SPA&Wellness

It’s a lovely place. Perfect for a relaxing getaway. Enjoy the pool, sauna, jacuzzi, and Turkish bath. Breakfast was decent but dinner was delicious and there were quite good cocktails. But think twice if nudity is a problem for you, it came as a shock to me.

Not a 4* hotel in my eyes. First thing is international openness - everything is in Polish only, and only a few staff members speak a little English. The room interior is very old, all water systems ailing, like spraying or dripping. Rooms are noisy, so if your unlucky to have like a hysterical couple next to you, then you are, well unlucky. Breakfast is quite good, but no more than average. Staff generally looks stressed and not so friendly, although they are quite lovely. What I didn’t like was the whole SPA area. The saunas were waay too cold. And the sauna etiquette was first hard to figure out by talking to staff, and then not followed by anyone at all. People were fully dressed in the saunas, or fully covered. On the other hand, all cooling down facilities are in the „textile“ area, so we’d have to change between textile and no textile constantly. The massages we had were below average, and for that quite high priced. They didn’t take 60 minutes (not more than 50), which I didn’t mind because I was bored. The restaurant was great, and for a very good price.

Unfortunately, the hotel surprised with a low standard. You can see that it was built several years ago and the bathroom faucets and the entire bathroom are 2 stars according to the categorization of the hotel. The hotel describing the rooms does not disclose the quality of the bathrooms, but only the decor of the rooms. The cleaning of the rooms should be reminded . The proximity to a busy road and gas station affects the quality of rest and the odors that appear. The hotel undoubtedly has a very nice spa and in the spa very good service and quality of service. The food is very good although for breakfast it is always exactly the same.
