Really enjoyed our stay here! The hospitality and service is excellent! Restaurant inside has great bites. It is not in the mix by City Center, but if you'd like to be more low-key and away from general population, this is my recommendation and only a 10 minute Uber into town!
Nice hotel, but needs some updates. Not close to the center, you will need a taxi to get anywhere, but close to the airport. The hotel restaurant is very good, the extra star deserved the restaurant. Customer service is good, very polite and friendly staff. They make you feel welcomed. Safe is in the room. No pool or gym.
Stayed for three nights, June 12-14. Not much good to say about this Hotel. If you want a kettle for your room it is 5 euros/night. If you want a coffee pot it is 5 euros /night. Both will cost you 10 euros/night. We traveled and stayed at hotels throughout Portugal and Spain. Not one other hotel charged for this. I made a collect call to Canada as I lost my Bank card and needed to lock/cancel it. When we checked out they charged us another 14 euros for this. I would not recommend this hotel, it is just a money grab and ripoff.
