Hotel Badajoz Center

The hotel smells great when you enter, the whole place is clean and comfortable. We are very happy to return here again. Breakfast is good but In the future we will go over the road and have Breakfast and evening meal In the restaurant Roma very good indeed.

The good points of Badajoz central are the staff, so helpful and friendly,can't fault them. its also a good location. We got free parking with our stay so was very pleased with that. The room was spacious and clean Things I wasn't so enamoured with on my stay, the hairdryer in room didn't work, it was fixed when I told reception but I wouldn't have used it as the noises it made didn't make it feel safe! The WiFi was very hit and miss, not the best. The pool could have been cleaner plus it was very patched up, lots of the mosaic tiles off or stuck back very messily. There was a restaurant here but it was only used for breakfast otherwise it was the cafe onsite used for meals, not a massive choice and the portion size could have been better. Finally as leaving from the underground parking we were told to press a button to exit which is not defined very well so before you head up the slope to the gate that's where it is.

Functional hotel. Towels missing on our last night! Unfortunately booked through Booking. Com who wouldn’t allow any changes and tried to blame the hotel. Hotel restaurant was actually very good. Excellent fish n chips
