Hotel Badhaus

Stayed here September 2019 after getting caught out in a snow storm on the Grossglockner and popping a tyre. Recovery driver booked me in to this hotel as was opposite a tyre garage where I had a wait 4 days to get new tyres for my M4. From the moment I checked in the staff were so friendly and accommodating. My room was fantastic. Very clean modern and spacious and great views over the Austrian mountains. Great choice for breakfast although being English i used my own tea bags 😉. I ate here every night in the bar and restaurant. Enjoyed every meal and a lovely friendly atmosphere throughout the hotel. There is also a spa/swimming pool in the hotel which I made use of. All very clean throughout. The hotel is a family run business. I was greeted by the 7th and 8th generation (with 9th gen quietly playing in the back). As I had no transport I was given a local pass which entitled me to free bus travel and also to use the cable cars for free! I saved 30 euros on one cable car journey alone! My intention is to come back to Austria and complete the Grossglockner high alpine pass. I will be staying in this hotel. They took such good genuine care of me and made sure I wanted for nothing. This is a pet friendly hotel. Who doesn't love patting a doggie. Would highly recommend. Thank you for such an enjoyable stay 😊

Without a doubt, the best hospitality i have ever received. Such friendly staff who went above and beyond to ensure a great stay! My room was absolutely stunning! Lovely pool and wellness area. Great food!

Nice hotel, friendly staff, clean rooms. The only negative point was the stressed out service at dinner, she was in a hurry! The food was great though.
