We had a wonderful stay. The cleanliness of the rooms and common areas was impeccable. The breakfast was delightful, offering a variety of delicious options to start our day right. Most importantly, the service was exceptional—every staff member we encountered was kind, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. We will definitely be coming back and highly recommend this hotel to others!

The gardens are beautiful, the rooms are dated but pretty good and some even enjoy a beautiful view of Golfo Aranci. However, expect minimal service. Tap water was light brown yet no water bottles provided in the room. No wifi in the rooms which is worsened by the fact that mobile reception is mostly absent and at best very poor in some spots of the garden. Breakfast was low quality, industrial food, coffee was terrible… plastic glasses and plastic wrapped snacks. Food at the snack bar was terrible so we didn’t risk trying the restaurant. The hotel is remote so you will absolutely need a car to get around. Checkout is at 10am which is far too early when you are on holiday, especially in a supposedly 4 star hotel. Overall this could be an incredible hotel, but it seems management is trying to squeeze as much profit out of it in the short term, making the experience frustrating and disappointing. If ever you do stay here, there is a dolphin watching, snorkeling and diving center just 100m down the road, which offers amazing tours.

We were told we could check in at 12:00, but on arrival were told we had to wait until 16:00 (standard time, but misleading after being promised otherwise). Our room (No. 70) was the only one in our building without a sea or garden view — instead, it faced a noisy parking ramp with constant foot and car traffic. This was not mentioned anywhere, and the exterior shown in the booking photos did not match reality. We booked 4 weeks in advance, yet no alternative was offered. Reception initially dismissed our concerns, but after speaking to another staff member (Jerina), we were given free breakfast for two days. Unfortunately, the breakfast was low quality (industrial food, terrible coffee, plastic cups, no fresh options). Tap water was light brown, no bottled water in rooms, and WiFi only works near reception (50–200m walk). Mobile reception is also poor. Facilities are dated and poorly maintained — e.g., one of the two pool showers didn’t work, and the bathroom sink in our room had issues. Loud music and entertainment went on until 23:30 on weekdays, which is not ideal if you sleep early. The location is remote, so you will need a car for everything. The place feels like a big investment from years ago, now poorly maintained and focused on short-term profit. Definitely not 4-star quality, and the €4.50/night city tax is hard to justify. Some apartments do have amazing sea views, but ours didn’t, and I think guests should be warned if their room has no view at all. Overall, disappointing.
