Hotel Balneario Orduña Plaza

Great stay, we recommend it. Very friendly and helpful staff. Thanks Jefferson and Cameira for taking good care of us during our three day stay. Excellent breakfast. Beautiful building with an impressive history. Great location for visiting Bilbao or Vitoria, impressive setting in the town square of Oruña, easy to park, close to shops and bars. Comfortable rooms, larger than usual but without much lighting. Comfortable and well equipped. I liked the bathroom most. Lots of room and a great shower. Breakfast was impressive. Excellent, probably one of the most varied I seen in a hotel of this size and type. We had an excellent stay and will come back soon!

Very unique hotel and perfect location but it's the staff that made this hotel great. They went above and beyond to adhere to our requests. Spa and restraunt were also excellent.

Nice hotel but it's not a 4 star, maybe it used to be. The pool closes early in the evening and opens late. The wifi was practically non-existent, very slow. The carpet in the rooms does not add value, the stone walls of the hotel are very beautiful, the curtain as a bathroom door I would change it for a real door. To park, be patient, there is no neighbor or it is limited, the hotel staff is a bit grumpy and check-in closes early in the evening. Very expensive breakfast. The pool staff was very friendly and smiling.
