The Bannwaldsee Hotel is the best when it comes to hospitality. We have been in many hotels in Germany but never felt so welcome and at home. Everyone who works there is friendly and will go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. Great breakfast, pool and sauna. The comfort rooms live up to their name. Nice hotel at reasonable price, good availability and excellent location. All facilities in the room and public areas all in good order and clean. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. They were committed to making our stay an enjoyable one. Really good breakfast with more than ample choice as well. Will definitely be back and truly highly recommended.
Stayed there in August 2024. Too high price for a room without air-conditioning. If the swimming pool is not of interest for u, this hotel might not be the 1st option. Food @ restaurant is not at the expected level, neither service even if guys are doing their best. Same for the reception desk, too long waiting queue. Maybe a better balance at winter time? Nb: our room was no smoking buy we could enjoy the smoke from our neighbours on their balcony...
